Hoping to get my next goal of 52 kg, properly! Meaning with a good gut health and nutritional balance. Eagerness is super harmful. Rushing and worrying stresses the body and sabotages organic growth. It takes a long mindful preparation for the development of a quality process and a sustainable result! Although I want to feel pretty, light, and strong, I most importantly need my energy to be intuitive and regenerative.
